Services includes:
FULL COORDINATION
- Free initial meeting to discuss your vision.
- Prepare, manage and allocate the budget.
- Preparing and maintaining a wedding planning schedule for the months between the start of the contract and the wedding date
- Assist with visiting and booking your venue
- Recommend vendors for your selection.
- Attending all vendor appointments, if desired
- Reviewing all vendor contracts* if desired
- Following up and corresponding with all of your vendors
- Development of the chosen theme eg. wedding stationery, centerpieces, favors, site decor, attire, food.
- Attending appointment with Officiant (discussion of actual ceremony), if desired
- Supervision of the wedding rehearsal
- Supervision of the ceremony set up
- Supervision of the reception set up
- Creation of the wedding day itinerary
- On site direction of the wedding ceremony, wedding photography and the wedding reception.
MONTH OF COORDINATION
- A two-hour consultation 4 weeks prior to your wedding
- Unlimited phone and email correspondence for the 4 weeks leading up to your wedding.
- Contact venue and vendors to firm up all details prior to wedding. Eg, photographers, caterers, florists etc.
- A one-hour consultation 1 week prior to your wedding to discuss any last minute details
- Supervision of the wedding rehearsal
- Supervision of the ceremony set up
- On site direction of the wedding ceremony
- Supervision of the photo session following the ceremony
- On site supervision of the wedding reception, until close of the evening (or until a pre-determined time)
DAY OF COORDINATION
You have managed to do all the planning, but wish to enjoy your day without the worry of things going haywire. Then the Day of Coordination is your best bet.
This package includes:
- I will meet with you ten days prior to the wedding to confirm final details, set up an itinerary, prepare checklist and contact list of all vendors and wedding party.
- Create an agenda for the wedding
- Contact venue and vendors to firm up details
- Attendance and direction of the wedding rehearsal
- Attendance/direction of the wedding day from one hour prior ceremony to closing of reception
